Coral Egan has known critical and public acclaim since the beginning of her recording career. She has had a successful career in Quebec, Canada and beyond. Her first solo album, The Path of Least Resistance, was nominated for a Felix and a Juno in 2002.
In the upcoming project and album release of “Da Vinci”, a neo-classical collection of original compositions by Jean-Félix Mailloux with poetry from the famed Renaissance poetesse Gaspara Stampa.

The three subsequent albums of almost exclusively original material, My Favorite Distraction (2004) (2 Felix awards) Magnify (2007) and The Year He Drove Me Crazy (2012), (nominations for both Felix and Juno awards). Coral worked with her mother, Karen Young - composer, singer -, on the projects Missa Campanula (2015), Strange Tales (2016) and Lux Hodie (2017-18). They released Dreamers together March 3rd 2017 and toured throughout Quebec until Spring 2018. In 2016-18 Coral sang as a soloist with Solawa.
In 2017-to the present time, Coral joined the gospel choir in Y’a du monde à messe, a popular Quebec talk show on Télé-Québec and in Spring of 2018 she joined the Cirque Du Soleil in Andorra for their show DIVA as one of the soloists. In 2019 Coral performed various choral projects with Karen Young and also started working with Cordâme.
