Today, Laurence-Anne unveils a music video for the song Strange Feeling, which appears on her second album, Musivision, released last April. Filmed and edited in its entirety by the young Montreal artist, the music video for Strange Feeling features footage collected during a trip to Mexico in November 2018 for the Day of the Dead (Día de los Muertos) holiday. Short clips showcasing fireworks loops, landscapes of a Mexican village, along with the traditional parade celebrating the Day of the Dead are layered over Laurence-Anne's pristine vocals, capturing the song's softness and ethereal character.
Laurence-Anne also announces several show dates in Quebec this fall. The musician will finally have the opportunity to present the songs from Musivision to the public. Among other stops, she will be performing at the Festival de la musique émergente in Rouyn-Noranda and at the Francos de Montréal. The full list of dates is available below and tickets can be purchased via laurence-anne.com.
