Lisa LeBlanc shares a video for City Slickers and Country Boys

After her appearance on the popular TV show Tout le monde en parle last Sunday, Lisa LeBlanc presents the video for City Slickers and Country Boys. The song is off her latest album, Why You Wanna Leave, Runaway Queen?, released in September 2016 via Bonsound.

The hard-driving rhythm and the lyrics, which create a sense of “wrong time, wrong place” for the listener, inspired director Émile Lavoie to produce an old-school horror movie. The video follows the story of a man desperate to bid farewell to his kid before he is overcome by the zombie transformation.

Watch and share the video for City Slickers and Country Boys via YouTube.

The singer-songwriter, nominated at this year's JUNO Awards for Contemporary Roots Album of The Year, will be closing the Montréal en Lumière festival on March 11th. She’ll also make a stop in Rouyn-Noranda for the Quartiers d'hiver festivities on March 9th before embarking on a Canadian tour.
